What Does Cash-Based Physical Therapy Mean?

Cash-based care means you are paying directly for your physical therapy services rather than using insurance. This allows us to spend more time with you, provide truly individualized care, avoid insurance-driven limitations or visit caps, and focus on outcomes — not billing codes.

Do You Accept Insurance?

We do not contract with insurance companies. However, many clients choose to submit receipts to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on their plan. We provide detailed invoices (superbills) upon request.

What Happens During My First Visit?

Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation focused on how your entire body moves — not just where it hurts. This may include a holistic movement assessment, strength, power, and mobility testing, review of goals, lifestyle, and timeline, and diagnostic ultrasound when appropriate.

How Long Are Sessions?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, allowing adequate time for assessment, treatment, and progression — without being rushed or passed between providers.

How Are Treatment Plans Structured?

Care is organized into time-based plans (6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months), rather than isolated visits. Each plan includes clear goals and benchmarks, objective reassessments, progressions based on your response and data, and adjustments aligned with your timeline.
